I can not say enough about our experience with Tampa area agent Rene Hernandez. Rene went above and beyond for us in every way possible on our recent home purchase, no exaggeration. He was extremely responsive, answering our questions even after hours. He did a fantastic job showing us multiple properties via video conferencing and truthfully pointed out items about each one that would likely need further attention or investigation. Doing so truly made us feel he was working for us and had our best interest at heart.
Rene is knowledgeable, experienced and honest. When we had issues shortly before closing, Rene took charge to ensure things needed by the lender got completed on time and reassured us that all would be fine. It was a great comfort knowing we were being supported every step of the way.
