I have been a licensed Realtor since 1985. Originally from Michigan I came down to visit family and stayed to enjoy the warm weather year around. As one of seven siblings, more of my family came down to Clearwater and this has become my base. I pride myself on treating my clients like I would want a member of my family to be treated..with integrity and efficiency. This philosophy has served me well. Each client needs to be listened carefully to see what their needs are. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions in your life. Its imperative you walk in that door of your new home and you realize this is IT! This is what I have been working for. As for SELLERS, I know personally the emotions involved with making a change to MOVE. Some people raised their family in homes that are full of memories. Others have a house full of sentimental furnishings, paintings and antiques. It can be overwhelming. I aim to help in the process as I have been there personally. The priority is to LIST the home at a marketable price and have an uneventful closing. I will represent you in all negotiations and will handle the details which bring you to the closing table.
