I had moved to the Pasco County area in December 2016 and was looking for a home to retire to. Had a specific size, location, and pool requirement along with a price. What Laurie does is "listen". This was important to me because after looking at a few initial homes, Laurie knew exactly what I wanted and we narrowed our search quickly. Additionally, she truly was there at the drop of a text message. Once the bid was made, Laurie ensures the paperwork moves quickly and accurately from the bid, throughout the inspection, appraisals and other supporting services and through the closing.
