Lan is without question the hardest working man in real-estate. Well, that may be a bit boastful but it sure felt like it. I understand that the home buying process can take time but having purchased homes before, I have never run my realtor as ragged. Lan was exceptional at understanding our needs and wants and helping to uncover our options. He was also very gentile but direct when having to address the realities of cost and budget. His follow through and championing of my cause all the way to closing and then some was better than any I have ever experienced. So would I recommend him, sure... But the better question is, would I use him again or have him assist my loved ones? The answer, without hesitation or reservation. He is my Realtor.
